On Sunday April 19, nearly 600 Montanans gathered for the Freedom Rally at the capitol grounds in Helena for prayer and even-keeled protest, desiring an end to Bullock’s Great Coronavirus Panic of 2020 lockdown. Liberals in Montana offered catastrophizing predictions that the event would lead to a massive spread in coronavirus infections, with the Montana Post claiming that Dr. Al Olszewski even wanted people to die of coronavirus.
The liberal junk blog argued, “If a crowd does gather on Sunday, law enforcement needs to take it seriously and give each person attending the maximum fine allowed under the law. Those who attend will be willfully endangering public health for little more reason than feeding the delusions of grandeur that drive their infantile posturing.”
The author of that trash-piece prediction, Don Pogreba, issued missive after missive, prophesying that by gathering on the sidewalk out front of the capitol would lead to countless coronavirus casualties.
Well, the figures are now in. It appears that not a single person passed coronavirus to anyone else, and neither does it seem that anyone present at the event had Kung Flu themselves. Since the event, new COVID-19 cases in Montana have been through the floor and yesterday marked the second day in a row with no newly diagnosed infections.
Currently, 456 Montanans have been positively diagnosed with the virus, 410 have recovered, and only 6 remain hospitalized. Sixteen have died since the “pandemic” began.
