Steve Bullock Drawing Record Support From Hollywood Leftists

Hollywood leftists seem particularly intereseted in politics during the COVID-19 off-season, drawing more attention than usual to the Big Sky State’s 2020 campaigns. Although the state’s Democratic Party can usually count on a number of Tinsel Town’s movers and shakers to voice an opinion or two in our election process, Steve Bullock seems particularly popular among the the Hollywood elite.

There is, for some, a connection between the Last, Best Place and the homes of Beverly Hills. Jeff Bridges, for example, who played the iconic ‘Dude’ in Big Lebowski – the White Russian-sipping, robe-wearing, pot-smoking hippy and amateur bowler – has a vacation home near Livingston. The Lebowski actor made an urgent appeal during Bullock’s failed presidential bid for donors to help him qualify for the Democratic debate (he did not).

Bridges, who gave his endorsement to Barack Obama in 2012 and Hillary Clinton in 2016, appeared virtually with Steve Bullock and other Democratic candidates on Tuesday, according to the various state newspapers like the Flathead Beacon.

Bullock advertised the event, which also included Kathleen Williams (running for U.S. House) and Mike Cooney (running for Montana Governor) on his campaign’s Facebook page (see below).

Bullock has also drawn financial support in recent years from treasonous North Vietnamese war criminal and propagandist, actress Jane Fonda. The Daines campaign highlighted Fonda’s support for Bullock in recent ads (see below).

Other Hollywood leftists who have shown support for Bullock’s race in Montana include Dreamworks CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg, Justin Beiber’s manager, Scooter Braun, and television producer, Matt Piken. Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder and Jeff Ament have also voiced support for the candidate, along with other actors like Danny Devito and Barbara Streisand.
