The Montana Daily Gazette is now taking applications to serve on our 2021 Statewide Editorial Advisory Board.
Imagine if all you had to do to get an article into print at the #1 Montana online news source was send a suggestion via an easy-access online portal and share your news tips directly to our editorial staff. That can happen.
Montana Daily Gazette started in February of this 2020 by the Gideon Knox Group and was recently sold to Montana investors (Gideon Knox Group has been retained as the publisher). As you may be aware, the Montana Daily Gazette is aiming to replace Montana’s reliance on mainstream media and the “legacy press” largely owned by out-of-state progressives at Lee Enterprises.
To help build our coalition of truth-seeking and truth-telling Montanans who are active in political and cultural affairs, the Montana Daily Gazette is now taking applications to serve on our 2021 Statewide Editorial Advisory Board.

The board positions, open to 18 Montana “influencers,” will help its owners establish the editorial direction of our publication. Board members will meet monthly via Zoom and bi-annually at the start of each legislative session in a room reserved in the State Capitol near the time of the swearing-in of state legislators. One does not need to commit to in-person attendance at that event in Helena to participate.
Each member of the Statewide Editorial Board will be given direct-line access and an article-suggestion portal (for news tips or editorial suggestions) and their advice will be weighed into consideration regarding editorial priorities.
In particular, we are looking for candidates for office, campaign leaders, social media influencers, and activists from a wide berth of Montana’s statewide community to serve in this capacity.
If you would like to serve on the 2021 Statewide Editorial Advisory Board, please email Jordan@GideonKnox.com and you’ll be sent an application packet.
Don’t just complain about the media. Become the media.
