Big Tech has declared war on 70 million (or more) American voters who believe in traditional and conservative values. As they continually throttle, ban, blacklist, and blockade conservatives – while enjoying liability exemptions granted them under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act – many Montana voices have been silenced.
Thankfully, several bills are being drafted by Republican legislators that are designed to protect Montanans from such censorship. In the meantime, Montana Daily Gazette is not the only organization being silenced by our Technocratic Overlords. There are others.
‘Montanans for Limited Government’ notified supporters in an email that Facebook has severely limited their reach on the platform.
Director Edna Kent wrote, “Thank you to everyone who has been contacting us with kind words of encouragement for sending these legislative updates each week…We are also posting these on Facebook, but the platform is severely restricting the reach to our 14,000 followers.”
Kent goes on, “In response to Facebook censorship, we have opened an account on MeWe. MeWe is a social platform that does not manipulate timelines with an algorithm, so posts appear in order. There is no content filtering or shadow banning, and it’s ad free! We are able to share quality content and know that our followers are receiving it. The platform is easy to navigate and you might be surprised how many of your friends are already using it. Give it a look!”
Montanans for Limited Government also stated, “Another change will be coming soon as well. When Parler is restored, we will be leaving Twitter. The censorship there is also terrible and, frankly, Twitter has become a dumpster fire of vitriol.”
THESE ARE THE BILLS THAT MONTANANS FOR LIMITED GOVERNMENT BELIEVES YOU SHOULD BE WATCHING THIS WEEK
