Freedom Prevails Once Again in Helena as HB 102 is Signed Into Law

Gun owners across Montana can rejoice today as the much anticipated permitless carry bill HB 102 was signed into law earlier by Governor Greg Gianforte.

The bill, carried by Rep. Seth Berglee and written by Montana Shooting Sports Association President Gary Marbut, covers key elements such as permitless carry, campus carry, restaurant, and bar carry and enhancements of existing concealed weapons permits.

HB 102 is one of the many bills introduced into the Montana legislature recently that strongly reflects the conservative-leaning will of the Montana voter in the 2020 election. And even though Governor Gianforte has taken a few lumps of late, signing pro-life and pro-gun bills can do nothing but help him improve his overall legacy.
