Montanans for Limited Government has issued another “legislative heads-up” on agenda items that will be heard this week. The list is not exhaustive but includes more notable bills that conservative Montanans will want to pay attention to.

Recommendations on whether to support each bill or oppose it are provided (below) from Montanans for Limited Government head, Edna Kent.

Reform of absentee ballot process

This bill allows for a vehicle to be registered for up to five years and eliminates scheduled replacement of license plates.

Prohibit discrimination based on vaccination status. (This is critical legislation. Montanans are encountering barriers in employment, educational opportunities, foster parenting, medical treatment, childcare services, and more because of their vaccination status. It must be stopped.)

This is a bill aimed at judicial reform in Montana and it is needed. (Keep remembering what happened relative to the Montana 2020 general election because of two judges in Billings.)
