The America that we once knew is gone, perhaps forever. The steady decline in the moral foundation of our once great country is now in its final phases and accelerating quickly. At some future point in history, we will look back as a nation and assess the damage that has been inflicted upon all of us, especially our youth.
But who, or what is responsible for our moral decay in America? Some Christians have suggested that the failure of the pastors is to blame and they certainly have solid ground to stand upon. The days of the pastors rallying their flocks to defend freedom and liberty seem long gone, but thankfully a few Black Robed Regiment pastors remain behind the pulpit. The origins of the Black Robed Regiment are highlighted below:
The Black Robed Regiment was the name that the British placed on the courageous and patriotic American clergy during the Founding Era (a backhanded reference to the black robes they wore). Significantly, the British blamed the Black Regiment for American Independence, and rightfully so, for modern historians have documented that:
There is not a right asserted in the Declaration of Independence which had not been discussed by the New England clergy before 1763.
Pastor Shahram Hadian embraces and vocalizes his support for the Black Robed Regiment pastor and his assertion that they might be America’s last hope is well-founded. Pastor Hadian, who is scheduled to be in Kalispell soon, joined Jim White from Montana Gazette Radio recently to go over some of the topics he will discuss while there.
