In a news release on Friday, Costco said that company stores in U.S. locations with no state or local mask requirements will allow members and guests who are fully vaccinated to enter without a mask or face shield.
“We will not require proof of vaccination, but we ask for members’ responsible and respectful cooperation with this revised policy,” Costco said in its news release.
This lifting of “mask mandates” is happening nationwide in multiple larger outlets such as Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Trader Joe’s, and many others.
The irony, of course, is that “guests who are fully vaccinated” are allowed to enter without a mask or face shield. However, they “will not require proof of vaccination.”
These establishments KNOW they can’t require “database info” or “vaccination documents” or “cards” for entry etc., as that would oppose every Hipaa Law there is.
Although they demand those measures (vaxx proof for entry) in Israel, (please click on MDG article linked below) that will not fly in what’s left of the United States Republic). At least not yet.
So in other words being “responsible and respectful” means being on the honor system. Good luck with that.
Much of the public in general (at least thousands of Constitutionalists) know darn well that this entire charade of forcing people to mask up or requiring people to be vaccinated before entering places of business is a far cry from what our Founding Fathers intended in the United States Constitution. And it’s illegal.
“Individual dignity,” which is in complete opposition to a face mask (or shield for that matter), is clearly stated in Article 2 Section 4 of the Montana State Constitution.
Section 4. Individual dignity. The dignity of the human being is inviolable. No person shall be denied the equal protection of the laws. Neither the state nor any person, firm, corporation, or institution shall discriminate against any person in the exercise of his civil or political rights on account of race, color, sex, culture, social origin or condition, or political or religious ideas.
We are a nation built and established on FREEDOM.
And in Montana, there are no more mask mandates, meaning we are freer in this state than most in that regard (thank you, Governor Gianforte, for lifting the mask ordinances).
So go to Costco and Walmart, and everywhere for that matter, unmasked and free.
