‘For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against a spiritual wickedness in high place.’ -Ephesians 6:12
Devastatingly, Flathead County lost another teen to suicide on July 11th. Citizens, parents, and students are devastated. No one seems to know what to do, with high schools clueless and consequently at a loss at how to address this.
As stated before in our previous article “Montana School Spreads Irrational Fear and Anxiety Amidst Rash of Students Suicides” There are public health consequences that lead – in part – to suicide, self-harm, anti-social behavior, and depression, caused by the draconian attempts to terrorize the public with fear of a mild chest cold that has killed fewer Montanans in the last 18 months than Planned Parenthood.
Schools have become the source for depressive messaging, plastering the anxiety-inducing messages of COVID-19, vaccinations face masks, and fear all through the schools, drowning our children in a culture of death. They aren’t helping with the problem, but rather are adding to the “depressive nature” of the world at large.
What is happening in Flathead County with the youth ranging 14 to 19 years of age is a WAR. It’s now an epidemic. In a war, there is an enemy, and in this war, it’s a Spirit of the age attempting and succeeding at taking our youth. This is not an article about who died or exactly how they passed, but rather the solution to the problem.
So we cry NO MORE! No More.
There is only one answer to this problem. It is the person of Jesus Christ. He alone is the giver and author of life, and “there is life in no other, ” so it is to Him we must turn for answers.
Montana Intercessors is a prayer group that has served the state of Montana for many years. They are comprised of many believers state-wide from various churches and are known for taking the bull by the horns, spiritually speaking.
Years back, the “Intercessors” spent days and hours walking along Highway 93 down near Polson and Ronan in prayer hoping that the deaths would cease caused by car accidents (fatalities) along that stretch of highway. Many people were dying as a result of drinking and driving, and the prayer teams wanted to do something about it. The results were astonishing. Every time groups of prayer warriors would “hit the road” walking and praying, the deaths would cease. And every time they stopped? The fatalities started up again.
Now, we see a horrific pattern where a young Montanan teen is taking their life every 10 to 14 days, and we must not be ok with it. What’s happening with our kids (and at least two adults) who have taken their lives in Flathead County in the last year and needs to be addressed through prayer and fasting.
To the churches and the Body of Christ; it’s time to gather your youth and organize with other Flathead County and Montana churches to engage in battle against this beast. Rise up! Start round-the-clock prayer vigils and bathe them in words of protection, mercy, and strength. Pray at the schools. Get the youth involved in interceeding on behalf of their peers.
When you do, the Montana Daily Gazette staff stands with the Flathead Valley in prayer.
