‘West Side Story’: Kalispell Vandals Pose as Spokane/California Gangs…. or Not?

Kalispell is going through enormous growing pains. Meth has increased, theft has increased, pedo’s have increased, and vandalism is rising.

Earlier this week, the ‘West Side’ of Kalispell was hit pretty hard by vandals, a not wholly unexpected turn of events given that this part of the city is higher in crime and rife with illegal activity.

But the real question is, who really did the damage? Was it kids from the area or gangs from Spokane or California? No one really seems to know for sure, and the community has brought conflicting accounts of who may be behind it, with theories flying on social media.

“4 dots, 2 lines. That’s typically a Nortenos tag. RBZ stands for ‘Red Boyz,’ which is a Spokane gang affiliated with Nortenos. Pretty likely that this was a wannabe gangster poser.”

“14 is definitely Nortenos. Grew up in the Bay Area, and this looks all too familiar.”

Whether this vandalism is here via out-of-town Gangs from Spokane or California or locally, it needs to stop.

The thought that gangs would head up to Northwest Montana or anywhere in Montana and spew their illegal garbage is beyond insanity and appalling.

Not acceptable, Montana. Stay focused and alert.
