Jurisdiction PART 3: ‘Subject Matter’ and How the Government Wants to Strip All Your Rights

Subject Matter is the third and final topic on “Jurisdiction” from “The Constitutional County” (created by Kirk MacKenzie) from “Blueprint No. 10.” Jurisdiction consists of three parts.

  1. People
  2. Land (Place)
  3. Subject Matter

Let’s Review!

“There are two United States, two different countries, both with the same name, both with virtually identical Constitutions, both operating out of the same Congress, but only one of which is required to abide by our Constitution and Bill of Rights. We are deceived into the Jurisdiction of the latter, believing it is the former.”

To be clear, both exhibit the terms “United States” and “America,” but there are staggering differences.

“The Constitution For the United States
of America”

“The Constitution Of the United
States of America”

FUSA (The Constitution of the United States of America) is #2. It is the federal zone, not the country, but has declared itself effectively its own country, and it is trying to gobble up the entire real country—people, place, subject matter—effectively ending the Constitutional Government of the people by the people, and for the people.

Number 3 (Subject Matter) consists of those areas where the government has no jurisdiction but demands control anyway. We will study 3 different areas and ways in which the federal government does so.

  1. MONEY-Money (meaning real money) used to be gold and silver (precious metals). The United States was formerly on the ‘gold standard’ meaning that gold and silver were legal tender. Then the rogue federal government (outside of their legal jurisdiction) began to issue paper money (illegally) through the federal reserve. Now it’s even worse as they print money off with zero backing whatsoever.

Gold and Silver as legal tender and should still be now
  1. RELIGION- Let’s study this, for instance, within the area of public schools. Up until the late 1950s and early 1960s, prayer within schools and even reading of the Bible was permitted. Once it was ‘outlawed’ (again illegally), schools were forced to cease these activities and engage no more in them. However, other ‘religions’ including ‘marxism’ (which is a type of religion), are constantly portrayed and studied. Even Islam is studied in many areas (especially in California), whereas the Bible is forbidden. Children are constantly being indoctrinated in numerous ways in school systems, but the Bible is taboo. It is completely within our constitutional rights to be teaching the Bible within public schools under individual liberty and the freedom of religion. All religions or none at all should be taught, but that’s not what’s happening. The founding fathers allowed for freedom of speech and the reading of the Bible, which meant in public schools and all public arenas.
Prayer in schools should be legal under ‘Freedom of Religion’

2. ENVIRONMENTALISM-Environmentalism is a form of indoctrination and is false, and is a way of to people. The real Constitution would never allow this because it is a form of slavery. IT takes away our individual rights. For example, the overwhelming push toward electric cars is appalling. Electric cars, for example, are far worse than gas-operated vehicles as the lithium batteries are highly toxic and children via slave labor in foreign countries are forced to mine lithium plus these batteries end up in landfills. Environmentalism is a way for others to steal your land because if it doesn’t meet strict regulations, the feds will claim it as there’s. It’s unconstitutional and corrupt!

We should not be forced against our will to own or run an electric car!

The ‘Bill of Rights’ is another area where the federal government has no right to stick its “proverbial” nose.

“The Bill of Rights’ is the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution. It spells out Americans’ rights in relation to their government. It guarantees civil rights and liberties to the individual—like freedom of speech, press, and religion.”

The above ten amendments to the Constitution were and are not supposed to be infringed upon by the federal government. Therefore, these ‘subjects’ are not subject to the second constitution and set out to steal everything they can from citizens. Do not be fooled.
