The Black and Red Lake area (just past Proctor) is now severely burned. It is uncertain whether homes were damaged in the vicinity or not.
It does appear, however, that the fire on the hill up from Proctor is subsiding even though the road is still blocked off.
Hwy 28 is 10% now contained.
